President Mnangagwa met with Maxwell Sangulani Chikumbutso, a Zimbabwean inventor and entrepreneur, at the State House in Harare this afternoon. Chikumbutso, who is also the founder of Saith Technologies and Saith Motors, invented one of the world's first cars that require no fuel, no recharging, and no input.
