ASIAN PAINTS: Asian Paints' Singapore subsidiary, APIPL, is selling its entire stake in its Indonesian units, PTAPI and PTAPCI, to Berger Paints Singapore for SGD 7.5 million (~₹48 crore). After closing, Asian Paints will exit the Indonesian market. The divestment will result in an estimated ₹90 crore loss in consolidated financials.
