We are looking for a Senior Manager/ AGM- Talent Acquisition for one of our business vertical in Gurgaon, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us achieve our hiring goals for blue-collar employees. The TA Lead will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing high-volume hiring processes, and ensuring we meet our staffing targets effectively. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join our team to oversee the recruitment of a large-scale workforce within the facility management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting 3,000 to 5,000 blue-collar employees per month, ensuring quality hires, maintaining recruitment processes, and providing leadership in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring in the facility management sector. Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for various positions (cleaners, maintenance staff, supervisors, technicians, etc.). Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies accordingly. High-Volume Hiring: Meet recruitment targets, hiring 3,000-5,000 employees per month while maintaining quality standards.
