Lion Communications a sister concern company of Ismail Global, is hiring for the following positions:
1. Design Lead
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in branding, PR, and creative communications.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute design strategies to enhance brand visibility and support PR campaigns. Create innovative visual content, including graphics and videos, while maintaining a consistent brand identity. Lead cross-functional collaboration with PR and marketing teams, mentor junior designers, and oversee external vendors. Stay updated on design trends, incorporate multimedia elements, and drive audience engagement through impactful visual storytelling.
2. Animator
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 1-3 years of professional animation experience, ideally within a PR or creative agency environment.
Responsibilities: Develop high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for various platforms. Collaborate with PR and creative teams to align animations with campaign goals. Ensure brand consistency and incorporate feedback to meet client expectations. Stay updated on animation trends and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
3. Creative Strategy Lead
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, focusing on brand strategy development.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies to meet client objectives. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and integrate technological trends into campaigns. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and participate in events to craft compelling narratives. Monitor campaign performance and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
4. Assistant Manager - PR & Communications
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations with 3+ years of experience in media strategy, content creation, and event coordination.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute PR campaigns, manage media relations, create compelling content, and monitor campaign performance. Collaborate with teams for cohesive messaging, assist in crisis communication, and optimize media strategies using data-driven insights.
5. Assistant Manager - Admin & Finance
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 3+ years of experience in administrative and financial roles, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities: Manage administrative operations, oversee budgets, supervise teams, handle vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial/legal requirements.
