Bajaj Auto is in discussions with Swiss firm Micro Mobility Systems to manufacture the Microlino electric quadricycle in India. The deal may also include Bajaj acquiring a minority stake. The Microlino, classified as an L7e heavy quadricycle, could see design modifications, including side access and an ICE variant with a 650cc petrol or CNG engine. If finalized, this move could strengthen Bajaj’s presence in the EV and microcar segment.
