Indomie Mi Goreng chili oil noodles 🌶
Boil 2 packs of Indomie noodles for 2 minutes or until they reach your desired texture. I like mine a bit chewy, not soggy! Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the seasoning:
In a separate bowl, add:
• 1 chopped red pepper
• A handful of chopped spring onions
• 1 small shallot, diced
• Indomie seasoning and sauce
• 1 tsp gochugaru (or regular chili flakes for extra spice)
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- Lots of lime juice (adjust to taste)
- 4-5 minced garlic cloves
Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add the minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then pour the hot garlic oil over the spice mixture in the bowl.
Combine everything:
Add the noodles to the bowl and mix thoroughly until well-coated.
Garnish & Serve:
Top with more spring onions, cucumber, and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy! ❤️
