*Vacancy: Accounts Clerk-Retail Shops* *Job Summary:* We're looking for an energetic, motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts team. *Purpose of the Job* Management of AR accounts and posting of inventory for retail shops. *Duties and Responsibilities:* - Conduct stock takes and spot checks. - Posting transfers and breakups for shops. - Assist in retail invoicing and investigating variances. - Reconcile retail shops AR accounts. - Reconcile cash received from shops vs Sales. - Reconcile internal AR accounts. - Tracking retail shops deposits and invoices to ensure they are correctly posted in Pastel. - Assist in price changes in MPOS system. - Adheres to Safety Health, Environment and Quality Systems. - Conducts any other duties that may be assigned by the superior. *Qualifications & Experience:* - A holder of an accounting Degree or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution. - Experience in debtors and inventory. - Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines. - Effective communication skills - Good organizational and administrative skills. - Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities with a level of detail and accuracy. - Manage time and resources well. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates should send their CVs to [email protected] not later than 29 January 2025
