We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end luxury fit-out projects in the UAE. If you have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager working on luxury fit-out projects, or 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Construction Engineer, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Ensure timely completion, within budget, and in line with contract specifications. Quality Control: Oversee material quality and installation standards. Bid Preparation: Prepare bid summaries with recommendations for MD approval. Project Information: Receive design, drawing, and engineering information. Project Controls: Manage planning and cost control for the project. Quality Management: Ensure adherence to quality management and control procedures. Personnel Mobilization: Ensure timely mobilization of required labor and personnel. Procurement Coordination: Follow up on material procurement to ensure timely orders. Manpower Management: Assess and review manpower requirements and deployment. Material Planning: Plan for timely material approvals and processing. Subcontractor Management: Issue instructions to subcontractors and review their progress. Corrective Actions: Identify and resolve project delays or quality issues. Financial Management: Handle petty cash, invoices, and payments. Correspondence Management: Manage project-related correspondence Education Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
