Job Title: HR Executive/ Senior HR Officer Location: Sharah e Faisal Karachi, Pakistan Key Responsibilities: •Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. •Handle HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. •Manage client interactions and addressing their recruitment and HR needs. •Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes. •Provide consultative support to clients on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: •Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in HR consultancy firms). •MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field. •Excellent communication skills, team work and interpersonal skills.
