Job Vacancy: E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Supervisor
Location: Jeddah
Experience: 3 - 4 years
Contract Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat/messages in both English and Arabic, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
• Guide and assist customers to complete purchases successfully.
• Follow up on declined payments and help customers place their orders.
• Respond to customer feedback within one day.
• Identify technical issues on the platform and escalate when needed.
• Monitor and investigate suspicious orders, blocking fraudulent transactions.
• Oversee the payment gateway for large, declined orders.
• Prepare orders and coordinate with the warehouse/fulfillment team.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Work with the team to address content or order-related concerns.
• Monitor online shops and process cancellations while persuading customers not to cancel.
• Educate customers on company services and report inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
