The 2024 Labour Force report from the Ministry of Manpower highlights that degree holders in Singapore earn a median of SGD8,656—SGD3,100 more than the national median. With over 40% of the workforce now holding degrees, this figure is expected to rise to SGD9,000 by 2026 and SGD10,000 by 2030, showing the ongoing value of higher education in the labour market.
