She is an agribusiness consultant.  She wanted to join company boards but was unsure due to her non-legal, non-compliance background. *In August 2023, she joined our bootcamp to become an Independent Director.*  She focused first on passing the Independent Director exam, which *she successfully cleared in October 2023.*
