We are hiring for the position of Sr. Manager / AGM - Wind Procurement & Contracts for one of our esteemed clients for #wind_turbine_generator. 📍 Location: Gurgaon 📍 Qualification: B.Tech (Full-Time) 📍 Experience: 10+ years in Procurement of Wind Turbine Generator in Wind Power Project. 📍 Key Responsibilities: * Procurement Strategy: Develop and optimize procurement strategies and cost estimates for WTG, cranes, erection, and BoP. * Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; establish SLAs and KPIs. * Market Research: Track market trends, pricing, and industry advancements for cost optimization. * Contracts: Lead negotiations, draft agreements, and manage supplier performance. * Cost & Risk: Drive cost-saving initiatives, mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and regulations; report performance. * Relationships: Build strong supplier relationships and seek continuous improvement.
