Position Details: Position: Dy. Manager / Manager Department: Contracts & Material Number of Vacancies: 01 (One) Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Electronics, etc.) Experience: Minimum 15 years in C&M function or Supply Chain Management ·      Candidates having experience in Thermal Power Plant will be given preference. Key Responsibilities (KRA): Lead and oversee the procurement and contract management functions for the Contracts & Material department. Prepare and review contracts, terms, and conditions, and ensure timely contract execution. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guidelines, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery. Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure favourable terms and compliance. Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Finance) to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Implement and maintain efficient supply chain management systems, ensuring optimal inventory control. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental standards in procurement activities. Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
