*Profitex Refund Policy for Members* Profitex is introducing a new refund policy for members. If a user cannot earn at least 200 rupees from Profitex after posting the following ads, they will be eligible for a refund: - More than 40 ads with 200-250 status views - 60 ads with 100-200 views - 80 ads with 50-100 views - 100 ads with below 50 views *Refund Conditions:* 1. Users who have attended Profitex Complimentary courses are not eligible. 2. Users who have claimed Profitex Complimentary offers are not eligible. 3. Users with a wallet balance of more than 200 rupees are not eligible. 4. Users who have not followed the terms and conditions are not eligible. 5. Auto-upgraded users are not eligible. If eligible for a refund, users should send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) from the email ID used to create their Profitex account with the following details: - User's Profitex Email ID - Mobile Number - Screenshots of Ads Status Page - Own Bank Account Details - Permission letter for deleting Profitex account - Screenshot of wallet balance *Note:* Rejected ads will not be considered for refund criteria. After submission, if the user is eligible for a refund, they will receive a reply email from Profitex. Once approved, the user's account will be permanently deleted from Profitex and the refund amount will be processed via NEFT or UPI (through PhonePe payment gateway). GST amount will not be included in this refund.
