When sorrows come as rivers to drown you - build your ship to stay afloat and put your trust in Allāh. Turn your sadness into patience and your happiness into gratitude. Not everything will be a fairytale and do not be fooled by what social media shows you. But you control your mindset so find goodness in what comes to you and your heart will be content - do not belittle yourself at the slightest fall or dwell in self pity. You are not weak - you just need to find the key to your strength, and that key is your trust in Allāh and being pleased with His decree. _Take knowledge as your sword and tawakkul as your shield.
