*Job Code:* SNOWBA/24JAN2025/47 *Job Title:* ServiceNow Business Analyst (Banking) *Location:* Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom with UK Tier-2 Process *Responsibilities:* • Works closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into process and tool requirements. • Captures business requirements in the form of user stories and manages the story backlog. • Undertakes research and performs analysis to understand how business areas work with consideration of people, processes, and technology. • Assists Process Owners and Process Architects with designing, developing, and implementing the ITAM process. • Identifies improvement opportunities, explores feasibility, and analyses the effects of change. • Works closely with the wider team from story creation through to implementation. • Experience and skills required. *Eligibility:* • Strong and demonstrable experience of ITSM / ESM process requirements capture and design through to implementation. • Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the ITAM process. • Strong and demonstrable ServiceNow experience. • Strong capability and experience of running workshops with stakeholders.
