And also the imposition of UCC in Uttarakhand, both clear attacks on Muslims and their constitutional rights. The Waqf amendments threaten the autonomy of Muslim endowments, allowing government interference in their management, violating Articles 25 and 26 of the Constitution. Meanwhile, the UCC push is a calculated move to marginalize minorities and erase India’s rich cultural and religious diversity. This is not merely a legal reform but a systematic deliberate effort to dismantle religious pluralism.
