عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَطَّلِعُ فِي لَيْلَةِ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ إِلاَّ لِمُشْرِكٍ أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ ‏"‏ ‏ _“Allah looks down on the night of the middle of Sha’ban and forgives all His creation, apart from the idolater and the Mushahin.”_ (Sunan Ibn Majah 1390) *Allah's forgiveness in Sha'ban clears the way for us to clean our own hearts of hatred and grudges, adjust our priorities, and focus all our energy on receiving the blessings of the upcoming month of Ramadan.*
