Sri Sathya Sai National Leadership Program for Self Transformation Day 1 - Highlights The Sri Sathya Sai National Leadership Program for Self Transformation (NLP) commenced on 24th January 2025 at Sai Kulwant Hall, Prashanthi Nilayam, with an inspiring induction and graduation ceremony. The day began with Vedam chanting and a welcome address by Prof. Yoginder Verma. Key highlights included the launch of Sri Sathya Sai Netrtvam, a leadership-focused quarterly newsletter, and the inauguration of the Sri Sathya Sai Short Film Festival. Graduates shared heartfelt experiences about the program's profound impact on their personal and professional lives. Distinguished speakers, including Ambassador Deepak Vohra and Ms. Ritu Beri, along with a panel of thought leaders, emphasized Bharat’s spiritual and ethical strengths, inspired by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings. They highlighted the importance of values, integrity, and compassion in shaping a value-based society and fostering global harmony. A pivotal panel discussion titled “Transforming Self to Transform the World – Ethics and Values the Core of Life” featured leaders like Sri M Sai Kumar and Smt. N Bhavani Sri, who stressed the role of values in guiding decisions and creating meaningful careers. The evening session featured a soulful musical performance, “I am Divine”, by NLP participants, reinforcing themes of self-realization and inner transformation. The day concluded with a state-wise Satsang in the Satsang Hall, where senior devotees delivered inspirational talks, reflecting on the divine grace guiding NLP participants. Day 1 set a transformative tone, inspiring participants to realize their highest potential in service to the nation and the world.
