The intern will provide support in various legal and compliance matters, gaining hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal skills in a professional and dynamic corporate environment. *Key Responsibilities* Conduct legal research on various corporate matters, including deposit insurance law, banking law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support the team in ensuring compliance with corporate policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining and updating the organization’s compliance and governance records. Schedule and coordinate legal meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes. Provide assistance in preparing case files, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents. Attend court proceedings, hearings, or mediations when necessary. Support special projects and initiatives led by the corporate legal team. *Qualifications & Requirements* A student studying towards a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent legal qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
