*NEED CARPENTARY FOREMAN (FURNITURE) FOR QATAR* Salary: 2200 - 2400 QAR for 8 Hours Duty Benefits: Accommodation and Tranporation Provided Kindly Send CVs on [email protected] for online Interview *Job Profile* • Candidate should have a minimum of 4–5 years of GCC experience as a Furniture Carpenter in the relevant field. • Must be proficient in the production of MDF, core-based, and wooden doors. • Skilled in manufacturing wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, fit-out, and customized furniture. • Plan, organize, and supervise carpentry activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. • Address defects and ensure carpentry tasks like framing, trimming, installation, and finishing are executed to the highest standards. • Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate material records, and optimize resources to minimize waste and costs. • Supervise and train carpenters, enhancing their skills and productivity. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades for seamless coordination. • Interpret blueprints and design specifications for project execution and resolve technical issues to improve designs. • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company and client expectations. • Build strong client relationships, serve as the point of contact, and address inquiries or concerns effectively. • Travel to various sites to oversee work progress and liaise with clients as required. • Adjust production schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
