We’re looking for a talented Senior Flutter Backend Developer to lead the architecture of scalable backend systems that power real-time user analytics, secure data flows, and seamless integrations. Responsibilities Lead Development & Architecture Architect, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems for Flutter-based apps, focusing on user activity tracking (location, sessions, purchases, interactions). Design and optimize RESTful APIs/GraphQL endpoints for seamless app integration. Implement AWS cloud-native solutions (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch). Flutter Integration & Optimization Design custom Flutter plugins/packages for real-time analytics, GPS tracking, and in-app purchases. Ensure low-latency data processing, offline-first sync, crash analytics, and backend performance optimization. Collaboration & Compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, data scientists, UI/UX, product) to align backend functionality with app requirements. Ensure GDPR compliance, security (OAuth2, JWT, Firebase Auth), high availability, and scalability. Code Quality & Mentorship Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Mentor junior developers, enforce coding best practices (TDD, CI/CD), and stay updated on latest backend technologies. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Monitor, debug, and resolve backend bottlenecks/performance issues. Implement real-time messaging (WebSockets, MQTT) and push notifications. Qualifications Core Requirements 7+ years of backend development experience, with 4+ years in Flutter/Dart integration. Expertise in backend frameworks: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Go. Proficiency in cloud services: AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB), Firebase, Docker/Kubernetes. Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase Firestore.
