The protest rally and total shutdown is organised by the #chandel Naga Peoples’ Organisation (CNPO) and its Units, NSUC and its Units, NCAC, against #borderfencing and the scrapping of the #freemovementregime (FMR) along the #indomyanmarborder. A memorandum is submitted to the DC of Chandel district. The rally is being organised in three places — Lamringkhuw, Chakpkarong and Chandel headquarters.
