_*It Ended in Tears: Harare Man Left Heartbroken After Girlfriend Rejects His Valentine’s Surprise*_
What was meant to be a romantic gesture turned into a Valentine’s nightmare for one Harare man when his girlfriend publicly rejected his Valentine’s surprise.
His attempt to woo her on Valentine’s Day failed miserably.
Seeing as it was Valentine’s Day, the man decided to go all out and surprise his girlfriend at a local restaurant. He arrived with a guitarist he had hired to serenade her and was carrying gifts. This is an Ignite Media Zimbabwe news production.
In the video, the man is seen as he and the guitarist approach his girlfriend, who was seated in the restaurant with her friend. He then got down on one knee and presented her with the Valentine’s gift he had bought for her.
She stood up as if to back away, remaining silent as her boyfriend continued kneeling with the gift and rose, waiting for her to accept them.
Their grand entrance attracted a lot of attention, with spectators in the restaurant watching, taking videos, and even joining in to sing along with the guitarist.
Despite all the excitement, the woman still refused to accept the gift. Instead, she walked away and left him standing there with guitarist.
