Shri Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, Deputy Commissioner/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, has been conferred with the prestigious Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2023.
