Position Title: Fuel Station Manager Location: Islamabad Salary Range: 100k To 110k Her Job Responsibilities: ·Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fueling services, convenience store sales, and customer service. ·Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. ·Recruit, train, and supervise station staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. ·Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll. ·Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. ·Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. ·Monitor sales and inventory levels, managing stock to reduce waste and enhance profitability. ·Prepare and manage budgets, track financial performance, and report to upper management. ·Oversee fuel inventory and delivery schedules, ensuring proper stock levels and timely replenishment. ·Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions and sales. ·Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales. ·Organize promotional events and community engagement activities. Requirements: ·BBA/MBA. ·Strong grip on English Communication. ·3-4 years related work experience is mandatory.
