Location: 𝗟𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. 10-15 years of leadership experience in the education or corporate sector, preferably in managing colleges operations or academic institutions. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Lead and oversee the operations of the projects ensuring academic, administrative and financial activities are executed effectively. Collaborate with business partners both external and internal as well as government agencies and regulatory authorities to manage relationships, resolve any operational issue and maintain high-quality educational standards. Ensure smooth delivery of key support services, including academic activities, registration & enrollment, and examination management. Oversee the planning and execution of examination services Strategic Planning and Business Development including identifying new business opportunities. Work with the finance team to ensure the timely collection of fees from colleges and other businesses and financial reporting and analysis of the business network. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for academic services, registration, enrollment, and examination management. Ensure that all educational and operational processes adhere to the quality standards set by organization and regulatory authorities.
