𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi, Lahore & Multan
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 8+ years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 4-5 years in modern trade/channel management
Proven success in managing relationships with modern trade accounts and achieving sales targets
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Develop and execute robust sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in modern trade channels.
Drive market share growth by optimizing product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key modern trade partners (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, and chain stores).
Negotiate annual business plans, promotional calendars, and trade terms to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and unit objectives.
Identify training needs and develop capabilities to maintain a competitive edge in the modern market.
Ensure flawless execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising standards.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Provide actionable feedback to the senior management team to fine-tune sales strategies.
Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and market share.
