Job Title: Project Head / GM Sales Location : Wapda Town Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head / GM Sales, a key role responsible for driving sales and managing projects related to Electric Vehicles and its chargers, Solar inverter with battery backups, Solar Energy Storage Systems, and Electric Bikes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, and experience in leading a brand in the electronics and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage sales initiatives for, Lithium Solar Batteries, Home and Commercial Energy Storage systems and EV (Bikes), EV chargers. * Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and grow the brand in the market. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and R&D to drive business growth. * Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. * Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly. * Manage a team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives. * Drive product innovation, ensuring products meet market demands and quality standards. Qualifications: MBA or related qualification. MBA with Electric Engineering will be preferred, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, project management, or a similar role in the Electric Vehicle, Solar, or Electronics industry. In-depth knowledge of Electric Vehicles, Solar Energy Storage Systems, and Electric Bikes. Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
