Comrades The 60th Foundation Day of the All India Guards Council should be celebrated without any exception in every Branch. ** Offices of the AIGC should be well decorated and illuminated with decoration lights ** Every Branch should hoist the Flag of AIGC. ** Flag hoisting should be completed before 11.59 HRS in the noon. ** Organise Meetings ** Appraise or read-out the important events or history of the AIGC to the members ** Invite senior most retired Train Managers who were associated with the AIGC when they were in service All Branch, Divisional, Zonal and Central Office-bearers should participate in the celebrations, without fail.
