Position: SAP HCM & Time Management Consultant Location: Abu Dhabi Experience Required: 8-15 years Notice Period: Immediate to max 30 days Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll solutions. Create and maintain Time Management Schemas, PCRs, and perform both Negative and Positive Time Evaluations. Provide expert advice on SAP Payroll processes and collaborate with clients to gather requirements. Conduct system testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot SAP HCM issues. Deliver training and provide support to clients and end-users. Stay up-to-date on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll. Expertise in Payroll processing, PCRs, Time Evaluation, and SuccessFactors integration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. SAP HCM certification is a plus.
