That’s when I realized how important it is to address this issue.❗️ The 😔sad reality is that in our culture, many women—especially the older generation,👀like our aunties—are unaware of the facts ✅about menstruation🩸. And when these aunties become mothers-in-law👑, they 😐impose unnecessary and often harmful restrictions 🚫on their daughters-in-law, based on these myths🤦🏻‍♀️.
