*QMCC is hiring on remote basis:* *International Recruitment Coordinator* (Contractual-6 Months) Timings: 9:00PM-5:00AM We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international recruitment, particularly in placing candidates in the USA and Canada, across technical and non-technical roles. This is a full-time remote role, perfect for a motivated and results-oriented individual passionate about talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for both technical and non-technical roles. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for roles in the USA and Canada. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and headhunting. Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely placement for client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in international recruitment, with a focus on the USA and Canada. Experience recruiting for both technical (IT, Engineering) and non-technical (Administrative, Customer Service) roles. Strong understanding of global hiring trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines.
