ยท Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
ยท Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
ยท Attracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media and companyโs talent pool etc.
ยท Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
ยท Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
ยท Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
ยท Conducting in-person interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
ยท Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match the open positions.
ยท Completing paperwork for new hires.
ยท Onboarding the new hires and helping them transition into their new roles comfortably.
ยท Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
ยท Providing recruitment updates to department managers.
ยท Creating HR documents such as job descriptions, forms, reports etc.
ยท Strong grasp of employeeโs benefits plan and experience of handling benefits documentation and responding to the benefits related employee queries in a professional manner.

ยท Strong recruitment background.
ยท 1 - 2 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases.
ยท The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
ยท Excellent English communication skills.
ยท Great interpersonal skills.
ยท Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
