𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Degree in HR 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: *Islamabad* 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1 - 2 years 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: · Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. · Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. · Attracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media and company’s talent pool etc. · Conduct interviews via phone or in-person · Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews · Serve as contact person for questions from candidates · Conducting in-person interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. · Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match the open positions. · Completing paperwork for new hires. · Onboarding the new hires and helping them transition into their new roles comfortably. · Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. · Providing recruitment updates to department managers. · Creating HR documents such as job descriptions, forms, reports etc. · Strong grasp of employee’s benefits plan and experience of handling benefits documentation and responding to the benefits related employee queries in a professional manner. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: · Strong recruitment background. · 1 - 2 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases. · The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. · Excellent English communication skills. · Great interpersonal skills. · Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
