Dear Users,
Previously, some users were seeing the message "User details found in negative registry - FRM100" during login biometric authentication. ✅ This issue has now been resolved.
🔹 What’s Changing?
The Negative Registry Database is now updated with AEPS biometric authentication.
If a user's details are in the Negative Registry of NPCI, they will not be able to use AEPS and will see the message "User details found in negative registry - FRM100" during AEPS biometric authentication.
This update ensures security and compliance with NPCI guidelines.
