Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Officer Intern. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional setting, helping you develop essential skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, maintaining excellent client relations
- Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Assist in organizing schedules and managing daily office activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Support Human Resources functions
- Conduct constant field activities and errands as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash
