Respond promptly to incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Database Management: Manage, maintain, and optimize hashtag#sql Server databases, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability. Perform regular database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing. Implement and monitor backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in SQL production support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL Server databases, T-SQL, and stored procedures. Experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies. Proficiency in backup and restore procedures, high availability (HA) configurations, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies. Understanding of monitoring tools and incident management processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud databases (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
