Position: IT Support Location: Port Qasim, Industrial area , Karachi We are looking for a reliable IT Support professional to manage and maintain our IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to address technical issues efficiently while maintaining the confidentiality of company information. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and phones. Configure and maintain VPNs, failovers, and P2P networks. Maintain and expand networks as required for computers and CCTV systems. Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration to ensure seamless integration of components with business needs. Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in IT. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, CCTV network cameras, and system performance monitoring tools. Note: Candidates living in adjoining areas are preferred.
