We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business development within the construction industry and a proven track record of driving new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and potential partners.
• Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the company’s growth through the identification of market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify potential business growth areas.
• Support the development of marketing strategies and enhance brand visibility within the industry.
• Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective lead management.
