Urgently Hiring for Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities We will need colleagues with experience in UK Commercial/Business banking, AML/KYC/Loans & Mortgages / Completions Manage international processes for team leading, rostering, attrition control, shrinkage control, KPI monitoring, grievance handling, performance review, and metrics management. Banking Experience Mandatory. Need Back office operation Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Oversee escalation management and customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT). Develop strategies to reduce AHT (Average Handle Time) and improve overall team efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
