We are hiring a skilled Graduate Quality Engineer/Quality Inspector to join our team immediately. If you have experience in the fabrication industry and a strong background in quality inspections, this is a great opportunity for you to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect and test materials, piping, structures, pressure vessels, tanks, and offshore structures. - Perform all types of mechanical inspections, including fit-up, dimensions, pressure testing, and final inspection. - Conduct welding consumable and material receiving inspections. - Ensure welding procedures meet ASME, AWS, and API standards. - Provide support and technical guidance on welding procedures and qualifications (WPS and WQT). - Perform and document all inspections (MT, PT, UT, RT). - Ensure all inspections are carried out within project timelines and meet quality standards. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication inspection (piping, pressure vessels, offshore structures). - Knowledge of material and welding consumable receiving inspections. - Strong understanding of mechanical inspections (incoming, fit-up, dimensions, pressure testing, final inspection). - Familiarity with WPS and WQT qualification according to ASME, AWS, and API standards. - ASNT Level II certification in MT, PT, UT, RT. - CSWIP 3.1, API 510, and BGAS Grade 2 certifications are preferred.
