*#job post-  Head NUTRITIONIST (WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & ASSOCIATIONS)* *#location: Juhu, Mumbai* #employment Type:  *Fully Time - *no private practice will be per mitted* *#experience:   Minimum 12+Years in Senior Nutritionist in weight management and sport nutrition* *#ctc- 10 Lpa- 14 Lpa* *#key Responsibilities:* Interpersonal Consultations §  Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients, including medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors. §  Evaluate clients’ nutritional needs based on their health conditions, medications, and treatment plans. §  Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to each client specific health goals and medical conditions. §  Provide evidence-based dietary recommendations and education to promote optimal health and wellness. §  Educate clients about nutrition, dietary choices, and healthy eating habits. §  Offer ongoing support and motivation to help clients adhere to their nutrition plans and achieve their health objectives. §  Work collaboratively with physiotherapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. §  Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss clients progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed. §  Monitor clients’ progress through regular follow-ups and assessments, making necessary adjustments to nutrition plans. §  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes. §  Stay informed about the latest research and trends in clinical nutrition to provide the best possible care. §  Contribute to the development of nutrition-related programs and resources for patients and staff. §  Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries. §  Support the implementation of nutrition-related initiatives and wellness programs within the organization.   Associations & Coordination: §  Coordinate & manage all ongoing associations including but not limited to: Collaborations, Events, Corporates, Associations, Joint Activities, etc… §  Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement client engagement strategies that promote retention and loyalty. §  Manage and oversee every aspect of associations and also manage other nutritionists involved in the activity.   Qualifications & Experience: §  BSc/MSc in Nutrition or a related field. §  12-15 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable establishment. §  Advanced knowledge of diet planning tailored to individual client needs and goals §  Expertise in weight management and therapeutic diets. §  Proficient in both Hindi and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. *share cv on whatsapp 8286841266*
