Job Title - Senior Technical Developer -CRM Location:- Remote Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Developer to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and extending the CRM platform to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, high performance, and seamless integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Development and Customization • Design and develop Dynamics CRM solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, and integrations. • Customize Dynamics CRM forms, views, and dashboards to meet user requirements. • Implement advanced features using Dynamics CRM SDK and APIs. • Develop custom business logic through C# and JavaScript. 2. Integration and Data Management • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise applications using Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools like SSIS or KingswaySoft. • Implement data migration processes to import/export data between CRM and other systems. • Ensure data integrity and maintain data mappings for seamless synchronization. 3. Technical Leadership • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to junior developers. • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in CRM development. 4. Performance and Troubleshooting • Optimize Dynamics CRM performance, including database queries and system processes. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including debugging and error handling. • Monitor and manage CRM system health, logs, and performance metrics. 5. Documentation and Training • Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on Dynamics CRM functionality and custom features. Required Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Online and On-Premise). • Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, XRM Tooling, and Plugin Development. • Hands-on experience with Azure technologies, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. • experience in REST/SOAP API development and integration. Non-Technical Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to mentor junior developers and work in a team environment. • Strong project management and time-management skills. Certifications (Preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. Experience Requirements • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development. • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end CRM implementations. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
