UP Chief Minister and the BJP government have no compassion and empathy. What we were expecting from the Chief Minister on 29 January, in Prayagraj at Kumbh, was full sincerity and support to the families of the deceased ones and immediate help for the lost ones. Instead, the whole machinery was just working to bury the truth that there was a stampede on 29 January at two locations, one in Sangam and another in Jhunsi, which resulted in many more casualties as declared later in the evening by the officials. The visuals that are to be seen are disturbing, and no thanks to the media channels, who played their role well in covering up and burying the truth, working in alignment with the government. Hats off to their sincerity and morality. My heart aches when I see all the visuals, and I am sure most of you who are watching them are also feeling the same pain and hopelessness that those devotees must have felt during their last moments. May their souls rest in peace. In the play of nature, such inhuman behavior will never be accepted. Their crocodile tears will not be accepted. There is nothing human about the BJP government and most of the media houses, who are all aligned in the act of shamelessness and disgracefulness for the sake of power and monetary benefits. It is shameful how the top UP officials played their part. This episode of disgrace on mankind will never be forgotten.
