Job Vacancy Announcement: Senior Warehouse Specialist Work Location : Basrah Job Summary: - The Senior Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products using the ODOO ERP system. This role ensures that the warehouse operates efficiently, maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness, and meets all regulatory requirements. Duties: - Operation Management: • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, receipts, and shipments. • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Implement and manage inventory control systems to track and monitor inventory levels. • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Develop and maintain effective inventory management procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse employees and monitor their performance. • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff. Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Business Administration, or a related field.
