Field Care Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and motivating farmers to effectively use our software application. Main responsibility will be to provide timely assistance to enhance the user experience. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Daily Application Monitoring: o Regularly access the application to monitor: - Disconnected monitoring tags. - Gateway connectivity - Health alerts. - Heat alerts. 2. On-Site Coordination: o Collaborate with representatives and conduct farm visits to assess conditions and provide support. 3. Device Inspection: o Check devices on-site and report any issues to the team for prompt action. 4. Heat & Health Alert Management: o Coordinate daily heat and health alerts and ensure validation entries are accurately recorded in the application with client support. 5. Issue Resolution: o Visit farms reporting “no input, false, or missed “alerts to identify event and provide input to farmer-based inputs received in application and from backend team 6. Event Verification: o Verify reported events with farmers and client representatives, providing feedback to the backend team for improvements. 7. Farmer Engagement: o Encourage farmers to utilize the application by organizing informational meetings and training sessions.
