Healthcare should not be a privilege, restricted by economic barriers. It should be IMMEDIATE, UNCONDITIONAL, and ACCESSIBLE TO ALL. This is the very ethos of #sebaashray, an initiative designed to deliver care where it is needed! Today, at the Model Camp and another health camp in Metiabruz, I saw firsthand what this initiative has come to represent. For the people of Diamond Harbour, Sebaashray is a SANCTUARY OF HOPE, a PROMISE FULFILLED, a system that does not fail its people when they need it the most. None of this would be possible without the doctors, medical practitioners, and volunteers who power this mission, not for applause, not for headlines, but because SERVICE IS INGRAINED IN THEIR VERY BEING. To them, I extend my deepest gratitude. The people of Metiabruz reaffirmed something I have always believed – service is not an act, it is an OBLIGATION. And this is an obligation we will continue to fulfil, no matter what it takes. Sharing moments from an experience that left me humbled, resolute, and more committed than ever.
