Cataracts, a widespread affliction among the elderly, slowly obscure their world, eroding their independence and diminishing their quality of life. At #sebaashray, where service is not charity but duty, we remain resolute in addressing such challenges head-on. Today, nine elderly individuals, referred from the Bishnupur Model Sebaashray Camp, underwent successful, free cataract surgeries at Renuka Eye Institute, reclaiming their vision, confidence, and autonomy. As Sebaashray continues its mission to tackle diverse health challenges, our commitment remains unshaken – no elderly individual should be left in the darkness of impaired vision when the gift of sight can be restored.
