Any product that user understands can be easily kicked into the market even when the quality is low. Example, If we start selling full course, the profits may go quadruple in a year but lack of innovation may lead to less long term return. This is 1 problem we face, Product we offer like SO60 isn’t a social narrative like lets say A full course, buying books, etc. something that is new demands a little more brain from user’s end to get into. Its like creating a new category within an existing category. Fortunately a good user experience is going to sky rocket it with this year’s results, and in Fy25 we’ll hopefully make a break through. Key insights: Introducing something new demands mature user which takes time, so have patience and keep spreading awareness 😄
